There will be a $50 dollar non-refundable charge added to referral pertaining to attorney advise and a $35 non-refundable dollars charge for Modest Means Program**. The initial 30 minutes consultation at no-charge includes personal injury, employment law, workers compensation, legal malpractice, and medical malpractice. All others law matter for charges rendered may vary on a case by case scenario with case managers approval. Nothing is guaranteed on the outcome of attorney advise or modest means program.

**Modest Means Program is approved based on financial matrix threshold of individual or family to get approved for reduced attorney fees. Modest Means Program includes family, criminal and tenant law matters only.
